Unfortunately, Perth didn't make the list of shows.
Australian-raised, LA-based singer-songwriter Conrad Sewell will return to home soil this September for a string of headline shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Unfortunately, Perth has been left out.
The ARIA Award winner will be touring in celebration of his recently released Ghosts & Heartaches bundle, Sewell’s first new music since 2016.
Marking the beginning of a new chapter, Ghosts & Heartaches is Sewell’s most pure and honest work yet, exposing raw truth over cavernous production and subtle instrumentation. Sewell strips his pop-influenced style to emphasise a raw rock sensibility.
Conrad posted the news with a very candid note attached to his social media, saying.
To my dear fans,
I can’t believe it’s been two years since I put out music. For those of you who were there from the start and haven’t stopped caring… thank you. This is all for you and for those of you that don’t know me and are just about to hear this music, I hope it touches you, makes you smile, cry and even laugh… I hope it helps.
I lost and hurt people that I loved and in doing so almost lost site (sic) of who I am and what I want.
These first two songs are the start of the next chapter for me. An honest look at myself and why I did the things I do. I figure why not tel you guys the truth. Love Conrad. xo
His new single Healing Hands was performed on The Voice Australia on Sunday nights show.
